Disability

Guaranteed Issue disability. Pre-existing covered after one year. Monthly benefit for total disability if you are unable to work due to a covered injury or illness. 14 day elimination period with benefits lasting up to one year. Choose between monthly and biweekly deductions.

Whole Life Insurance

Guaranteed Issue Life Insurance. No Medical questions up to $50,000 for member and $25,000 for spouse.
